Lou’s approach to yoga is one of aligning the body and breath with the cycles and rhythms we see in all of nature and where more appropriate to do that than in the stunning surrounds of the west of Ireland.
Throughout the weekend retreat Lou will be guiding you through the many layers of the yoga practice to reestablish a connection with the very essence of ourselves the same stuff we share with all of creation.
Our over burdened busy lives pull us away from the deep intelligence of our bodies. Throughout the weekend Lou will guide you back to a sense of embodiment. Let the stress fall away as we slowly begin to identify with all we are beneath the burden we may carry. When embodied a deep calm is found.
All elements of practice will be used from movement (asana) pranayama (breath) mantra (sound) and mudra (gesture) to deep relaxation to make this a weekend of deep reconnection and healing.
