We’re lucky. We live in a time of constant information, connectivity and abundance. But, there’s a problem. Often we feel stressed, rundown and sick.
Often we struggle with anxiety, fear and pain. Often, the grind of daily life can be too much.

Deep inside us though is the answer to these problems. We can unlock our potential, improving our health, happiness and strength, by learning the Wim Hof Method.
During this five-night retreat, you will learn how to:
Breathe fully and deeply, improving your health, giving you more energy and reducing stress

You’ll swim in the wild Atlantic, you’ll hike the Cliffs of Moher and have time to relax in our beautifully appointed retreat centre.

This retreat is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
