As we begin the journey towards a new year, there can be a lot of talk of resolutions, goals and what we want to invite into our year ahead. During this retreat with Aoife, there is an invitation to connect with your inner voice and clear out the collective drone of the should, could and would. Through meditation, journalling, chanting and Forrest and Yin yoga practices, the weekend offers an opportunity to tune into your own self-governing body – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – and create a framework for your New Year, that speaks to your heart and allows you to step into 2020 with newfound awareness. Join Aoife for a weekend of reflection and enquiry and set yourself up for your year of sovereignty, honouring your being with beauty and grace.

The retreat involves yoga & meditation in our beautiful yoga studio with a wall of glass looking out at the sea and the beautiful Clare countryside. With long nights we get to see the sunrise and the sunset from the studio and enjoy winter from the comfort of our toasty warm space.

Mealtimes are a highlight of the retreat, with long decadent meals served by candlelight in our dining hall. The food is healthy, delicious and nutritious with delightful raw deserts to delight all your senses.

In between all this we will keep the fires burning, the candles lighting and invite you to make yourself at home. Put your feet up with a book. Take a nap. Have a massage. This is the perfect way to prepare for the new year, you will leave feeling like a new you!
