There will be Mindfulness Meditation classes where you will learn tools to quieten your mind and help to explore a calmer more present you, Deep Relaxation sessions where you will learn to let go, Long Ocean and Cliff walks to bring joy into our lives and some Gentle Yoga to help bring balance into body and mind.
This retreat is for everyone of all ages and abilities and the overarching theme is wellness and the many ways it manifests in our lives. In how we move, how we think, what we eat and how we communicate. Essentially we will be looking at our relationship with ourselves. But it will also be fun!
Meet new people, relax with a book, find some quiet time for yourself and enjoy this positive experience with a lot to take home. You will leave refreshed, fulfilled and eager to return again!
