Wim Hof Method Experience

Hello friends!

I’m currently fundraising for DEBRA Ireland, a charity some of you might know, who support people who are born with EB, a debilitating and excruciating disease that is heartbreaking and life shortening. I am putting on a series of Wim Hof Method Fundamental workshops at my retreat (The Cliffs of Moher Retreat) and donating 100% of the proceeds to DEBRA. These retail on the WHM website for €110 and I’m doing them for €50 as it’s for charity. They will include an intro to the method, a deep breathing session and other exercises and an icebath. This will be followed by hot tub and sauna time and tea! I’ve been teaching the method for a year now and have learned so much from it, I am excited to share it with you. This session is Wednesday the 18th of December, 6pm to 9pm. Payment is via cash on arrival so that all proceeds can be lodged directly to Debra Ireland.
