Join us on much needed salty sea air walks on a glorious summer’s morning. We will salute the sun whilst surrounding ourselves in the beautiful local scenery. Serving only hearty, plant-based nutritious food that magically appears just when you need it – after a replenishing, deeply satisfying yoga practice.
Vicky’s morning Vinyasa classes will wake you up and leave you feeling energised for the day ahead. Combining upbeat music and fun flows she aims to warm up your body, make you sweat a little bit and put a smile on your face. Vicky loves to offer her students options, so there is always time for a challenge or space to slow down and surrender. Classes always end with a calming and grounding Savasana and meditation, ensuring you head off from class feeling centred.
Vicky will also offer an optional journalling workshop that is designed for you to dig a little deeper into your inner workings. For 1.5 hours you will write, reflect and re-set with some ancient and modern styles of journalling and writing, that aim to help you de-clutter the mind and hone in on what is important to you. Vicky has taught these reflective and empowering workshops all around the world on numerous teacher trainings and courses.
Michelle’s evening Restorative yoga classes will allow you to completely unwind and relax, encouraging your body and mind to let go and embrace a deep sense of calm. We run our residential retreats with a simple aim – to soothe your body, mind and soul. Everything that’s included, from our newly built studio with stunning views across Clare’s rolling hills, to our restored farmhouse accommodation that oozes comfort and a feeling of sanctuary, to our silent cliff-top walks and our own organic produce, have been chosen by us with this aim in mind.
The result? 6 days of yoga and meditation that will help you explore and deepen your own practice under the expertise of our teacher. 6 days of nutritious (and frankly, delicious) food to recharge your body and leave you feeling like your best self. 6 days that you can start off with a refreshing dip in the sea and end by curling up in front of a log fire.
