Join us at our fabulous retreat located in the invigorating landscape of the Wild Atlantic Way. Serving only hearty, plant-based nutritious food that magically appears just when you need it – after a replenishing, deeply satisfying yoga practice.

The aim is to strengthen the muscles and improve flexibility, every morning we will practice a slow vinyasa flow, moving mindfully sequences, creating inner fire within, developing strength and improving flexibility.

 

Appreciating our bodies and enjoying moving, coming home to ourselves. The aim feeling more open, stronger and lighter within your body. The evening practice is also about opening the joint and lengthening the muscles but in a very relaxing way, Dearbhla will lead a Yin practice moving into a deep restorative practice, aiming to open the joints, calm the mind and the nervous system.

We run our residential retreats with a simple aim – to soothe your body, mind and soul. Everything that’s included, from our newly built studio with stunning views across Clare’s rolling hills, to our restored farmhouse accommodation that oozes comfort and a feeling of sanctuary, to our silent cliff-top walks and our own organic produce, have been chosen by us with this aim in mind.

The only downside of this escape is that it’s pretty hard to come back from.
