A Soul Retreat
In 2021 we find ourselves in a liminal space as we unfurl slowly after almost a year of restriction and lockdown emerging from the crucible of a global pandemic.
This four days is a quiet space, time outside time, to reflect on how we have been transformed and changed by 2020. A time to listen to our soul and what we are being called into in this new world. A chance to dream, to reimage and envision the future from deep listening deeply to our soul.
The Celtic tradition honoured the liminal. They knew it to be sacred. We will walk the land, visit liminal places and sacred sites to connect us into a different way of knowing.
Drawing on a number of wisdom traditions we will weave contemplative and embodied practices of mindfulness yoga, embodiment, nature, and chanting as we attend with care to this gentle emergence and unfurling.
This is Soul work for a new world emerging within and around us.
Each day we will begin with meditation and yoga, spend time in personal reflection, in nature, in group inquiry, movement, chanting and alone time.
